What counts as a booked job?

✓ Counts

Any job where Servaline handled the initial call and the customer scheduled a confirmed, paid appointment. Emergency calls, after-hours calls, and calls you would have missed without AI coverage all count.

✓ Counts

Jobs booked from any inbound source — Google, Angi, HomeAdvisor, referrals, or callers who found your number anywhere. If the AI answered it and they booked — it counts.

✗ Doesn't count

Jobs booked through other channels (you answered the phone yourself, customer already knew your number and called direct, walk-ins with no prior contact). Must be Servaline-handled.

Jobs that got scheduled but never completed or paid. A "maybe I'll call you back" does not count. A confirmed appointment on your calendar does.

Any job where Servaline handled the initial inbound call, the customer scheduled a confirmed appointment, and the job was logged in your Servaline dashboard. Emergencies, after-hours calls, and calls you would have missed all count — the bar is intentionally low.
How is it verified?
Every AI-handled call is logged with a timestamp, caller ID, and booking outcome. When you file a claim, we pull your call logs and job history directly from the dashboard — no screenshots, no forms to fill out. The data speaks.
How do payouts work?
When a claim is approved, we initiate a $500 Stripe transfer within 24 hours. You connect your Stripe account when you sign up (free, takes 2 minutes). Payouts hit your bank via Stripe's standard 2-day schedule. This is cash, not a promo credit.
What if I cancel early?
